Swiss-Belhotel International, the hotel management company, will manage the luxury apartments of The Royale Springhill Residences in the area of Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. The Royale Springhill Residences are the property of Swiss-Belhotel International, the third in Jakarta and is the largest. This apartment is ready for release in 2012. Chairman and President of Swiss-Bellhotel International Gavin Faull and the Director of PT Persada Grahatama Marhendra AH Realty in June signed a cooperation contract management which has a 900 unit apartment room.
