Pattern: Camilla Meijer’s Victoria

January 8, 2011

We’ve never been too into flowery prints. After all, florals rarely have a place in the truly modernist of modern interiors. But every now and then we come across a pattern made up of flowers (and other natural elements) that really leaves us stunned, and Camilla Meijer’s “Victoria” pattern is one of them.

We’re crushing hard on this London-based, Swedish wallpaper designer, and as we mentioned, particularly of her “Victoria” pattern. Full-bodied, detailed, lush and large scale, “Victoria” dares anyone to call floral patterns too girly.

Though this pattern comes in a few different color lines, we love it the most in red. What do you think? Is Victoria your favorite pattern of Camilla’s? Or do you have another favorite? Let us know in the comments!
