    Personally, I think if you use blue because it is the latest “hot” color, you will eventually find that it has become the “new old” color, like avocado and harvest gold. I do like the blue and might well consider it for my own kitchen, but if I did so, it would be only because I like the color above every other and am prepared to look at it for the rest of my life. If I could not make that kind of commitment, I would look for something traditional. If you stick with the classics, you won’t grow tired of them.
