		<description>Personally, I think if you use blue because it is the latest &quot;hot&quot; color, you will eventually find that it has become the &quot;new old&quot; color, like avocado and harvest gold.  I do like the blue and might well consider it for my own kitchen, but if I did so, it would be only because I like the color above every other and am prepared to look at it for the rest of my life.  If I could not make that kind of commitment, I would look for something traditional.  If you stick with the classics, you won&#039;t grow tired of them.</description>
