Modern Town house is a small complex that includes homes being built in a row. Limited number of houses, not as much as ordinary housing complex. At most only 30 units. Town house environment is also a closed form Muster. Usually, the town house has facilities such as swimming pool, club house, and open space. Trends townhouse started growing since mid-1990s. That time, more complex look small expatriate market. Therefore, some of the houses in the town house and then rented to foreign workers. The term town house actually adopted from the United States.
