Modern Town house is a small complex that includes homes being built in a row. Limited number of houses, not as much as ordinary housing complex. At most only 30 units. Town house environment is also a closed form Muster. Usually, the town house has facilities such as swimming pool, club house, and open space. Trends townhouse started growing since mid-1990s.
